i am staying with bsnl only to retain the number. the service is truely disgusting.network bars are like always playing hide and seek. i often can not hear the voice of the person at the other end clearly,
same is the condition of the person at other side if he/she is a bsnl subscriber. recently it has also become the costliest service provider. its call charges are high and it has very few special offers. activating the gprs is something beyond, i think, beyond my level of education. their customer care people can rarely be talked with. each time i call them during day time, i made to wait for atleast half an hour. i never got them at night, after 7pm. i dont understand why they call it a 24 hour customer care. their customer care people also talks too fast to understand. they can seldom solve the problems also.I AM ACTUALLY WAITING FOR THAT DAY WHEN CHANGING SERVICE PROVIDER WILL NOT CHANGE THE NUMBER.
